Main tasks:

· Act as a key contact for our sales and customer service department and take in this task requests for changes, enhancements and new projects and prioritize them in coordination with the Department.

· Knowledge in CRM and SAP GTS system would be an advantage.
· Project management experience and have knowledge in the application of methods and tools for process optimization, eg Lean Six Sigma, BPMN or similar.
· You like to work independently and possess good analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
· They are assertive, addressing language and convince by a confident manner.

#5 Mechanical Completion Engineer | Emden, Germany

Responsibilities:

— Contribute to fulfillment of all HSE&Q frames, conditions and requirements
— Ensure recording, monitoring and documentation of mechanical completion and commissioning activities for the new and upgraded facilities and systems is in accordance with agreed procedures and acceptance criteria
— Review and accept the contractors procedures for mechanical completion and commissioning completion activities for the project
— Quality verify all MC documentation offered by the contractor for acceptance and provide status reports and updates to the Project Management Team
— Liaise with Contractor, Project and Operations personnel for organization of system walk-downs and punch list recording
— Monitor and verify contractor’s progress with mechanical completion and commissioning activities using the Project Completion System (PCS) tools
— Provide training and guidance to the Project and Operations teams on the PCS system to ensure uniform understanding of the MC process
— Participate in reviews and meetings relating to the MC handover documentation process and provide assistance as required to the project documentation team
— Support Interface activities between existing plant organisation (GGT) and the GEP project team

— Minimum 10 years experience in mechanical completion and commissioning of Oil & Gas facilities with either E&I or Mechanical background
— Recent experience of PCS completion systems
— Strong personal attitude to attaining high HSE performance.
— Holding previous roles as a Mechanical Completion Engineer in both Client and EPC Contractor positions would be an advantage.
— Detailed knowledge of German standards together with a knowledge of NORSOK standards is preferred.
— Fluent English is required written and orally. Good German orally and written are beneficial, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

— Review and accept the contractors procedures for precommissioning and commissioning of instrument and control systems and suggested acceptance criteria for the commissioning of the project
— Provide input in the development of detailed commissioning schedules and plans and participate in meetings, reviews and other activities relevant to commissioning
— Monitor and verify contractor’s progress with mechanical completion and commissioning activities associated with instrument and control systems
— Witness and accept all instrument loop testing and function testing of control, fire & gas, PSD, ESD and HIPPS systems associated with the GEP project
— Participate in system walk-downs and punch listing of systems offered for commissioning
— Participate in the initial start-up of the new facilities and provide support to the plant Operations organisation through to final plant acceptance
— Support Interface activities between existing plant organisation (GGT) and the GEP project team
